Good News for Israel is a 133-year-old ministry of education & reconciliation between the Jewish and
Christian communities regarding the issue of the Messiah Yeshua/Jesus Christ .We teach HE did not come to start a new religion, but to fulfill HIS own(Matthew 5:17-18"the law & prophets,scriptural Judaism not rabbinical).HE was representing the God of Abraham,Isaac and Jacob/Israel. We also take a strong stand against anti-Semitism.
We respect the right of everyone to practice his or her own spiritual beliefs.
Nonetheless we present the eternal saving
knowledge of Yeshua(Jesus)the suffering servant Messiah/Christ of Isaiah 53 & Psalm 22. We also believe in the new covenant to Israel & Judah(Jeremiah 31:31-34/Hebrews 8:8-12)teaching of thru the atonement of HIS death and resurrection, we have access to the Creator, Father God in John 14:6-that Yeshua is "the Way,the Truth,the Life. No one comes to the Father(God)except thru me"(Eternal Life). HE was the Lamb of GOD, who takes away the sin of the world.( John 1:29). We are also to make disciples of all nations beginning with
the children of Israel, Romans 1:16-" to the Jew 1st and then the Gentile".
The Good News started with the Jews in Jerusalem and will be fulfilled with thee Jew, Yeshua the Messiah/Jesus sitting on the Throne in Jerusalem!
Short term mission trip August 8-22, 2010 with Chris Heeb and Phil Johnson. This trip will be working alongside Messianic ministries in Israel.
Israel teaching tour with Thom/Marcia Berkowitz and Pastor Scott Volk August 28th-September 6th. This trip focus on touring and teaching the Hebraic Root of our faith.
